Placing an Order

To place an order for a special order designer dress, (once you are happy with your price quote) simply complete the "Special Dress Order Form" on our site. If you need any help with your measurements or the size you would like to order please let us know - we will be more than happy to advise.

Delivery Times

Special order dresses take approximately 12-16 weeks for delivery, although some will arrive earlier. If you need your dress by a certain date please let us know and we will see if this is possible.

References

Please email us if you would like some references from a few of our recent customers. We will email you their details by return so you can contact them yourself to find out about the quality of the dress & service we provided!

Price Match Policy

We always try to offer the best possible prices to our customers! However if you find a better price somewhere else please contact us and let us know what price you have been quoted and by whom so we can try to match or beat it for you!

Professional Photographs

The items listed on our website are all professional photographs and protected by copyright. We have permission to include them on our website.

We try to ensure that we list only the best photos that show the dresses in their true likeness.

These are professional photos and cannot show every angle of each dress. The dress you receive may not look exactly the same as the photos, minor differences only that the camera does not always show.

This is simply because of the way in which the photos have been taken and the poses the models have chosen.

If you require further information about a dress you have fallen in love with, please ask prior to purchase.

Returns Policy

The returns policy we offer on special order dresses is standard. If your dress arrives incorrect in anyway to your order or damaged at all you will be offered replacement dress or refund. We cannot accept returns if you do not like the dress, ordered the wrong size etc. This is because the dress is not in stock and is ordered especially for you in the size & colour you require.

For dresses ordered in stock you are able to return for a replacement or refund, less delivery costs & restocking fee, however you notify us within 48 hours and return within 7 days.

It is your responsibility to ensure you order correct size, length & colour. We are happy to assist with this by checking the relevant size charts and offering useful information to assist you in making your choice.

If you do not have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress, we cannot be held responsible if the sizing is inaccurate.

Payment Information

We offer a few different payment options and try to be as flexible as the individual bride needs us to be!

Preferably we would like payment in full upon placing your order as we have to pay for it in full when we order it for you!

However you can also pay a deposit of 50 % and then pay the balance once we have received your dress or in installments.

You can pay by cheque, bank transfer, bank deposit or by Paypal using a debit or credit card.

Paypal is one of the safest and most secure ways to pay however there is a 4% charge to cover the fees we have to pay!
